Our fabrication shop manufactures thermoplastic wear plates, SI-Series chain tensioners, chain guides, tracks, curves, conveyor drag flights and the like. State-of-the-art CNC equipment produces standard and custom parts with accuracy and speed. Common materials used are UHMW polyethylene, nylon, Lexan®, and other engineered plastics. Standard products can be selected from our web-based catalog. Custom components are machined from customer .dxf and .dwg files. Technicor also acts as Canadian agent & distributor for unique precision plastic products. KMS plastic ball bearings and wheels are stocked in our Orangeville warehouse. Our customer base stretches from coast to coast in Canada. We sell to OEM, Distributors, and Industrial Users.

Technicor specializes in precision engineered plastic products, including both standard catalog products and custom components made to customer specifications. We stock plastic sheet and rod: UHMW, nylon, HDPE, and other engineered plastics. Our business was incorporated and started in 1987 and since May 2001 has been ISO 9001:2000 registered.
